  5. 1.  Call at your own risk - The SysOp will not be held liable for anything
  6.     that involves your connection with this system, including infected or
  7.     corrupted files.

  9. 2.  Freedom of Speech? - The SysOp reserves the right to remove any or all
  10.     messages, notices, adds, ect. from the message base for any reason he
  11.     deems necessary, without notification.

  13. 3.  There are no download ratios of any kind, but a 60 minute connect limit
  14.     is imposed on all callers.  Uploading is heartily encouraged, and
  15.     occasional uploading of files is required for extended access to this BBS.

  18. 4.  Valid registration is required, and all new callers will be verified.
  19.     Immediate full access is given to all new callers, but callers who have
  20.     registered under false pretenses will be locked-out.  If you have
  21.     accidentally or otherwise entered incorrect data during your registration,

  23.     to have access to this board.

  26.     and other activities of on-line callers.  Any behavior that the SysOp
  27.     believes to be an attempt to abuse or crash the system will cause that
